The SeaFit Programme (Aberdeenshire)

													

SeaFit is a long term programme to help fishermen 'Get Sea Fit', delivered as a jointly by the Seafarers Hospital Society and The Fishermen's Mission in partnership with Live Life Aberdeenshire.

It is designed to support improvements to physical and mental health and wellbeing of both active and retired fishermen and their families including:

Free physiotherapy services

Dental Care

Mental wellbeing support and referral

Help to be more active

Healthy eating and nutrition

Sexual Health

Smoking cessation

Support for long term conditions

Support for alcohol and drugs
